Biography
Dr. Mubashir Ahmad Malik is a Public Health Specialist working as Provincial Coordinator Punjab through “Nai Zindagi Project” under Global Fund Round-9 on Prevention & Control of Drug Abuse. He received a Medical Graduation of MBBS from Quaid-e-Azam Medical College, Bahawalpur, 1978. D.T.M&H (U.K) Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine, University of Liverpool, Liverpool, UK, 1983. Postgraduate Training in Clinical Pathology, PGMI Lahore 1988. Master of Medicine (Occ. Med) National University of Singapore, SINGAPORE 1992.
He rose to serve with International Health Agencies such as OPTIONS/TAMA-U.K WHO, UNICEF, USAID, RAF, CDC Atlanta, and Contech International in various Public Health Projects as Principal Investigator, Co-Principal Investigator, Senior Research Consultant, and Epidemiologist. General Medical Officer, Kowa Specialist Hospital, Jos, Nigeria. Worked as Management Analyst, Primary Health Care Project, Sargodha Division, Gujranwala Division, and Lahore Division. Worked in E.P.I evaluation and performance cell, Health Directorate Punjab, Lahore, includes supervision of Malaria Control activities, E.P.I surveillance & monitoring and Communicable Disease Control programme, as well as sanitation of the District.
He is a computer literate individual and is capable of compiling data and reports quite efficiently. He has Knowledge and understanding of qualitative and quantitative research. Strong analytical, logical, interpersonal, and communication skills, comparing in social gatherings/functions, presentation skills among communities & other official meetings, Team player and problem-solving skill, Ability to work under pressure and gender-sensitive issues.
Dr. Santosh Kumar Wadhwani

Biography
Dr. Santosh Kumar Wadhwani is basically a Clinician who turned into be a Public Health Specialist with resourceful experience in Health and Public Health sector. He has obtained his professional medical degree and completed a Master’s in biostatics. He has been also certified by Central Disease Control as a field Epidemiologist in Atlanta. He has done his Fellowship in the Field Epidemiology Training Program Pakistan, at the National Institute of Health Islamabad Pakistan.
Presently working as a senior medical officer with the Ministry of Health. Dr. Santosh Kumar has vast experience as a Public Health specialist for almost 18 years, and he has earlier components including Health communication, Promotion, Health System Management, Disease surveillance, and outbreak response, Data analysis & Interpretation, Monitoring, Evaluation, program surveillance evaluation, and problem-solving approach towards public health Issues., played a pivotal role to formulate the Policy including framing Guidelines on all other important public health.
Additionally, he has been a technical support advisor to general all public health issues, Medical Education & Research, Medical Facilities, Legislation on Health and Public health. He has also held portfolios of being a technical support advisor, Clinical Training, and Technical Coordination with national and international champions of the Health and Population Sector. He also worked as the Diseases surveillance coordinator and conducted the outbreak investigation of the Drug-Resistant Typhoid Fever in Hyderabad, Sindh Pakistan 2017 as FELTP fellow, secondly first-ever outbreak of huge < 15 years children’s extensive HIV in Rato-dero Larkana Sindh Pakistan 2019, continuously laboratory base surveillance MDR resistant in Sindh province also monitored and supervised the mass vaccination against typhoid fever formulated the routine immunization of typhoid vaccine. As well as he is monitoring the measles endemic in Sindh province.
Long ago, he had jointly worked with the World Health Organization (WHO) and United Nations and International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF). As polio eradication initiative (PEI) and communication and development.
Involved in covid-19 pandemic activities, as a chief investigator of covid-19 cases, contact tracing, risk communication, and its related issue, e.g., sample collection, PCR Tests, and suspected covid -19 cases. Also, he formulated the policy and guidance implementing vaccination against covid-19.

Having Ph.D. degree in Political Science “Politico-Economic significance of Gwadar port: Implication for regional integration” from Department of Political Science, Hazara University Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pakistan.
He serves various educational institutions like University of Swabi, University of Hazara and Women University Mardan for 10 years, apart he remained RJ with Campus Radio FM 98.6 Department of communication and Media studies Hazara University Mansehra.
He has organized national and interstation conferences and seminars at university of Swabi and attended dozens of national and international conferences, published 15 research articles in reputed national and international journals. He published one book from Germany and second in in press.
He has held executive leadership roles in different social sector organizations. As a senior research associate at RHAID, Islamabad for nine years. He worked with Pop council Pakistan as data collector and worked with Reputable donor agencies as a third-party member under Technical Resource Facility (TRF) as Research associate. He also worked with MSF-B as translator, WATSAN and Logistics assistant.

My post-graduate studies in sociology were completed in Pakistan. I have the theoretical expertise as well as realistic experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation team development, workforce capacity building, social mobilization, leadership, quality report writing, and execution.
I've organized, planned, and facilitated seminars, trainings, forums, and policy level lectures with the administration, NGOs, and stakeholders at the national level. I've also collaborated as an AJK Coordinator with various consultants to build a conducive atmosphere for impoverished and economically neglected poor neighborhoods through long-term community-based programs. To launch a managed lobbying programme for effective socioeconomic growth, and to strengthen the capacity of developmental organizations (CBOs, WO, LSOs and Institutions), Enhance women's capacity growth programs throughout the world by developing human capital and assisting in the creation of additional revenue and job opportunities. I provide professional and administrative advice and assistance to national and local partners involved in emergency education. I have the ability to facilitate contacts and partnerships between various players at the local, state, and regional levels, such as local governments, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), community-based organizations (CBOs), cooperatives, line ministries, academic organizations, and funding agencies. I've worked on project and idea notes, led evaluations and tools creation, and developed research (qualitative and quantitative) monitoring and evaluation tools.
